Hi, I have been trying to upload some video files to the S3 Drive. However, every time I try, I get an error message in gobbledygook that I don't understand. If you tell me your contact email, I could send screenshot of the problem. Regards Chris Glaser

Hi Chris, do you use external account (S3 / Rclone) or free 10GB that we provide?

Let's move our conversation here, as I've just noticed this item. Based on your information provider here, you refer to 10GB free account: https://discord.com/channels/1069654792902815845/1069654792902815848/1255795696997761075 We're experiencing issues with our storage provider which don't always accept file during first upload request and are in the process of developing a fix / workaround. It's especially evident with files bigger than 100MB+. It will likely takes us couple weeks to develop a fix. Please don't get discouraged just yet, it's (beta) as highlighted and stay tuned for more updates.

In the meantime before we polish managed storage accouts, you can connect to external provider: https://docs.s3drive.app/setup/providers/ which often offers free tier even bigger than 10GB. Example S3 setup: https://docs.s3drive.app/setup/bucket/

Hi @Chris Glaser, in a new 1.9.3 version we've defaulted to multipart mode and implement basic retry. This won't solve all these issues just yet as couple more improvements are required, but it should significantly reduce ration of these issues happening. If you still would like to give it a go, please update the app version and double check if Multipart mode is enabled in the Profile settings.
